Gary Sheppard, the mastermind behind Paradise Coffee, had a thriving business with a website that was stuck in the past. It was clunky, hard to navigate and didn’t reflect the excellent offering that Paradise Coffee delivers every day.
Paradise needed a modern, engaging, high-performing website to transform their brand from outdated to outstanding.

Design a modern, engaging website that reflects the brand’s vibrant, high-quality experience.
First things first, we needed to get to the heart of Paradise Coffee. We immersed ourselves in their mission, values and what sets their coffee apart. It’s only when we truly understood the soul of their business and the people working there that we began to create magic.
We kicked off by overhauling the website.
Being an e-commerce business, successful integration of new and existing platforms was critical. It was equally important to find new or improved ways of managing the online business. To this end, we integrated Quickbooks syncing with the new website’s Woocommerce inventory system, and created a bespoke user registration and checkout process.
The new design is sleek, contemporary and oozes sophistication. Navigating the site became seamless, making it easy for customers to explore products and make purchases. And we made sure the site shines on every device – because coffee lovers are always on the go!
But we didn’t stop there. We gave their branding a fresh twist. A new logo and updated colour palette now reflect a modern, premium vibe. We also developed a consistent brand voice that sings across all platforms, from social media to packaging.
Following launch, we were on hand to provide user experience improvements to further enhance the customer journey.
